Learn more about our church and vision at Why This Role Matters Form Faith Early: You’ll lead a ministry that helps children encounter Jesus in age-appropriate, gospel-centered, and relationally engaging ways—laying a foundation for lifelong faith. Develop Disciples, Not Just Volunteers: Volunteers in Impact Kids aren’t just serving—they’re growing. You’ll help every volunteer engage with the Growth Track, discover their God-given design, and find their fit as Kingdom Builders. Partner with Parents: This role equips and supports parents as they disciple their children at home, while also helping families connect into the broader life and mission of the church. Build Something Lasting: This isn’t about maintaining rooms or schedules—it’s about creating a discipleship ecosystem where kids, families, and volunteers take intentional next steps toward spiritual maturity and mission. The Role As Impact Kids Director, you will provide vision, leadership, and direction for children’s ministry from Nursery through 5th grade. You’ll oversee weekend environments, develop leaders, and intentionally align kids ministry with Impact’s Growth Track, helping families move from connection to participation to Kingdom-building engagement. This role is about more than Sundays. It’s about helping kids and families know, love, and follow Jesus.
