For the 2026–2027 school year, we are seeking a Principal to lead our Preschool through 8th grade program. This leader is responsible for shaping and advancing a high-quality educational experience grounded in Christian principles, while cultivating a unified, thriving school culture and strong, mission-aligned community partnerships. Job Description Summary Serves as a Christ-centered, visionary leader responsible for the execution of the Board-defined strategic direction while serving as a key advisor in shaping long-term strategy, ensuring alignment with the school’s mission and foundation. Provides transformational leadership that engages, inspires, and mobilizes faculty, staff, and the broader school community to drive shared ownership, sustained growth and measurable impact. Operates as a highly influential leader who inspires trust and commitment while advancing enrollment, financial performance, and development strategy to ensure long-term sustainability and expansion of the school’s reach. Leadership & Culture Expectations Affirms the Tenets of Faith and Christian Philosophy of Education, serving as a Christian role model in attitude, speech, and actions. Provides clear, decisive leadership that sets direction, establishes expectations, and builds a culture of trust, accountability, and alignment across the school community. Demonstrates a commitment to ongoing professional and spiritual growth while maintaining a high-performing team through clear expectations and consistent performance feedback. Partners closely with the School Board as a trusted advisor and strategic leader, providing clear insight into school performance, advancing strategic priorities, and ensuring alignment on long-term vision and direction. Models integrity, accountability, and transparent communication, exercising sound judgment and maintaining strict confidentiality, while fostering collaboration and proactive engagement with staff and families. Operations & Administration Responsible for the financial health and long‑term viability of the school, including budgeting, resource allocation, and long‑term financial stewardship aligned with the school’s mission in close coordination with the School Board. Drives enrollment strategy and performance, cultivating and sustaining strong enrollment of mission‑aligned families to support long‑term growth. Leads and partners with the Board to advance fundraising and development efforts, executing strategies that strengthen the school’s long‑term financial strength and expand its impact. Oversees curriculum, instructional practices, and student development to ensure academic excellence and alignment with a Christian worldview. Provides disciplined operational leadership, ensuring alignment, accountability, and consistent execution of school priorities and performance outcomes, including effective oversight of core operations such as staff supervision, student discipline, and compliance with applicable educational standards. Student Life, Safety, Community, and School Stewardship Ensures a safe, supportive environment that promotes students’ spiritual, academic, and personal growth, including effective oversight of programs and activities and rigorous implementation of safety protocols and emergency preparedness procedures. Serves as a visible and engaged leader within the school community, actively mobilizing parents, volunteers, and stakeholders to strengthen connection, engagement, and shared ownership of the school’s success. Shapes and leads chapel, devotional, and spiritual life experiences that actively cultivate students’ faith and strengthen a vibrant, Christ-centered school culture. Physical Requirements Ability to move throughout the building to fulfill responsibilities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required.
