Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to residents under supervision of a registered nurse in a long-term care setting
- Administer prescribed medications and document administration accurately
- Monitor vital signs, assess for changes, and report to the supervising nurse
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and encourage autonomy
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized patient environments; follow infection control practices
- Document nursing notes and care plans in the facility’s electronic charting system

Requirements
- Active LPN license in New Mexico (or eligible for NM licensure)
- Minimum 1 year of LPN experience in long-term care or skilled nursing
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
- Ability to work in a fast-paced long-term care environment and adhere to a 12-hour shift pattern
