This role is responsible for leading requirements management, business process analysis, solution evaluation, and delivery support across multiple initiatives. The Lead BA position also mentors other analysts, creates and enables repeatable processes and promotes enterprise standards and best practices.Salary Range: $98,400/yr - $199,000/yr plus bonus. The base salary indicated for this position reflects the compensation range applicable to all levels of the role across the United States.
