They are responsible for designing and implementing Oracle HCM Talent Management module (including Redwood). In addition, they define the structure. A lead who needs to know all the different aspects of Business Solution Delivery and have robust application knowledge.ResponsibilitiesShould have deep expertise in Redwood, Personalization in Talent Management Module and Talent Acquisition.Must have Expertise in Gathering & Mapping requirements, fit-gap analysis, and Requirements documentation.Must have experience in fast formulas specific to define eligibility profile around talent & Learning management.Prepare functional design and work with Offshore team in Implementing and testing.Should understand the interactions with dependent modules in Implementing Talent and Learning management.Experience in Implementing Core HR and Oracle recruitment will be desired.Must have excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills and problem resolution skills.Required SkillsPrimary Modules: Oracle HCM Talent Management & Talent Acquisition modulesGood communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team membersStrong consulting experience and analytical skills to guide the implementation team to lead fit-gap analysis, business process designs, define testing strategy and cutover activities.Leading practices knowledge and comprehensive knowledge of a particular technical specialty or industry.Qualifications8+ years of experience in management consulting with at least three Cloud implementation.Education: BS, Accounting or related educational degree Bachelor's Degree.Two or more active Oracle Cloud Module certifications.Seniority Level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment Type: ContractJob Function: Information TechnologyIndustries: Information ServicesJ-18808-Ljbffr Net2Source Inc.
