Employee Benefits Sales Executive Job Summary Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Employee Benefits Sales Executive to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in driving new business development and managing client relationships within the employee benefits sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a strong understanding of employee benefits, and the ability to build and maintain a substantial book of business. Compensation Package Salary Range: $150,000 - $250,000 (commensurate with experience and book size) Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package Work Environment: Remote Equipment: Provided for remote work Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies to generate new business in the employee benefits sector. Build and maintain a book of business with a minimum revenue of $750,000. Cultivate relationships with clients, focusing on industries such as real estate and technology. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Utilize Salesforce to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records. Travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects. Qualifications/Requirements Licenses/Certifications: Active Life & Health (L&H) license in Georgia. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in employee benefits sales, with a proven ability to generate and manage a substantial book of business. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms. Location: Must reside in the Atlanta Metro area. Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities. Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
