Litigation ParalegalWe are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our growing team in Camp Hill PA. This role supports attorneys across general litigation and ERISA matters, working on complex, high-impact cases from inception through trial.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and know how to keep cases moving, we want to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with clients and third parties to gather critical case information and documentationConduct legal research using tools such as Lexis and PACERAssist attorneys by applying legal concepts and supporting case strategy developmentPerform cite checking and shepardizingOrganize case files and maintain timelines for key litigation milestonesDraft and prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondenceAssist with federal and state court filings, as well as administrative filingsManage and review large volumes of discovery documentsCoordinate document production and discovery responsesPrepare for trials, depositions, and arbitrations, including exhibits and trial materialsServe as liaison with courts, opposing counsel, and vendorsManage calendars, deadlines, and case tracking systemsWork within litigation software to support attorneys on commercial casesRequired QualificationsParalegal Certificate REQUIREDProven experience with billable time tracking3+ years of litigation paralegal experience preferredExperience in ERISA or complex litigation is a plusProficiency with legal research tools (Lexis, PACER)Strong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environmentSalary commensurate with candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
