Seeking an Attorney – Medical Malpractice to handle all aspects of litigation from inception through resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of litigation from inception through resolution
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and court appearances
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts
• Develop case strategies and provide legal analysis
• Maintain strong organizational and case management skills

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active bar admission in the applicable jurisdiction
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and advocacy skills
• 5+ years of Medical Malpractice experience
