Registered Nurse-Outpatient Full Time Benefited Not Applicable Loveland, CO, US 4 days ago Requisition ID: 1465 Salary Range: $35.00 To $49.00 Hourly Salary Range: $35 to $49 per hour, based on relevant years of experience Location: Larimer County Status: Full-time Hours: 40 Hours Role Overview As a Registered Nurse (RN), the applicant will facilitate and implement collaborative treatment planning, including but not limited to monitoring vital signs, medication and treatment administration, laboratory testing, on-going physical and behavioral health assessments, engagement with clients and families alike, coordinating transitions of care, and ensuring compliance with all rules, guidelines, and directives.
