As a Business Analytics Consultant Senior within PNC's Data, Modeling & Analytics Account Management Fico Strategy organization, you will be based in Troy, MI. Role Responsibilities: • Lead business analysis activities for epics and change requests by gathering requirements, translating them into user stories, facilitating refinement sessions, and securing stakeholder approvals to support development readiness. • Support end-to-end delivery through user story refinement, sprint planning, process mapping, meeting documentation, desktop procedures, release summaries, validation support, and pre- and post-release communications. • Act as a functional subject matter expert and cross-team partner for consumer and business credit card line management strategies, while managing FICO-related requests, defects, research items, and backup support for the Product Owner.PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance.
