We offer an excellent company culture and work environment. The PA will partner with Project Managers, Field Superintendents, Subcontractors, Suppliers and other Vendors to fulfill the entire lifecycle of construction projects.At Bass, you'll experience a workplace where your contributions matter—not only to your team, but to the success of the company you help own.Key Responsibilities• Initial job set up, entering project information and keying job budgets into accounting software.• Coordination of contract, subcontracts and change orders.• Working with Subcontractors to obtain W-9, certification of insurance forms and entering accounts payable invoices and related information into accounting software.• Facilitation of Client, Subcontractor and Supplier pay applications.• Assembly of close-out and warranty documents to finalize the job for completion.• Assisting Project Managers, Field Superintendents and other Company personnel with support as needed.Characteristics of Successful Candidates•Strong attention to detail•Accountability and reliability•Effective communication skills•A willingness to learn•Initiative and curiosity•A collaborative, team-oriented mindsetAbout WH BassWH Bass, an AJC 2026 Top Workplace, is a full-service, employee-owned general contractor and construction management firm.
