salary: $115,000 - 145,000 per year
work hours: 8am to 5pm
education: Bachelors

responsibilities:
Responsible for establishing and maintaining the project plan and schedule, setting objectives and performance standards, monitoring compliance while maximizing job-site safety.

Required to manage all financial aspects of the project, including projections, invoice processing, cash flow, profitability, self-perform and subcontractor costs and must ensure alignment with the budget while avoiding scope creep or gaps.

Must prioritize effective and continuous communication with client representatives, A-E representatives, subcontractors, and internal teams including weekly subcontractor meetings.

Estimate, price, submit, and negotiate accurate subcontracts and change orders

Ensure complaince with applicable Labor Agreements.

The essential functions of this role include:
