Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse – LPN/LVN Schedule: Day shift hours on Wednesday and Thursday Location/Setting: Palmyra 22936 Age Group: Child Acuity: Low, Feeding Tube Qualifications Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice. Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days. Current CPR certification (with hands‑on component).
