Special Assets Officer

RTD Talent Solutions is currently representing a leading national non-bank lender specializing in SBA, conventional C.R.E., and business financing that is expanding aggressively across Florida, and is now seeking a Special Assets Officer for their South Florida offices.

As a Special Assets Office r, you will be responsible for managing and resolving a portfolio of distressed and non-performing commercial loans, including SBA 7(a), SBA 504 first-lien, investor, and small-balance commercial credits. This role focuses on mitigating risk, maximizing recovery efforts, evaluating collateral positions, and developing strategic workout solutions while ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal servicing requirements
