Front Desk Clerk – Condominium Property Location: South Padre Island, TX Schedule: Full-time, including weekends and holidays as needed Pay: $13.00 We are seeking a professional, friendly, and dependable Front Desk Clerk for a condominium property in South Padre Island. The ideal candidate provides excellent customer service while efficiently assisting guests, residents, and visitors. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests and residents in a professional manner. Handle check-ins, check-outs, keys, and access information. Answer phones, emails, and general inquiries. Provide information regarding property amenities, policies, and local area. Respond to guest requests and coordinate with maintenance or management as needed. Maintain accurate records and complete basic administrative tasks. Monitor the front desk and lobby area to maintain a welcoming environment. Handle guest concerns professionally and escalater issues when appropriate. Qualifications Previous front desk, hotel, resort, or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Basic computer skills. Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment. Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail. Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
