What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, shaping their experience.
• Maintain a courteous phone demeanor and strong communication skills.
• Provide a friendly, outgoing, and professional presentation.
• Ensuring knowledge of personnel’s whereabouts and maintaining up-to-date sign-out/sign-in procedures.
• Stay organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
• Multitask effectively in a busy environment.
• Provide general clerical and administrative support as needed.
• Prepare letters and documents, receiving and sorting out email and deliveries.
