Requirements Lawn maintenance experience required Valid driver's license required Must be able to safely drive a truck and trailer Ability to lead and manage a crew efficiently Complete assigned tasks to company standards Reliable and punctual every day Strong work ethic and positive attitude Must be willing to work weekends when necessary Responsibilities Lead and supervise a lawn maintenance crew Ensure properties are maintained to company standards Operate equipment safely and efficiently Train and motivate team members Communicate effectively with management Maintain productivity and quality on all job sites We need a leader who takes pride in their work, shows up on time, leads by example, and is committed to delivering excellent service to our customers.
