Lawn Care Marketing Manager

Job Description Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 a year Job Type: Full-time Shift & Schedule: Monday to Friday (occasionally Saturday) Work Location: One location Benefits: Dental insurance, Health insurance, Paid time off, Bonus pay, Commission pay Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing plan. Understand and communicate service lines and processes to support the sales force. Recruit, hire, and train outside door-to-door marketers. Maintain and monitor website, Facebook, related social content and other digital advertising. Work closely with outside sales reps to analyze market and competitor trends. Manage a marketing budget. Contribute to overall initiatives to grow the business. Qualifications Marketing: 1 year (Required) Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Required) Canvassing: 1 year (Required) Digital marketing: 1 year (Preferred) Degree helpful Strong computer skills (email, MS Office). Excellent people skills. Knowledge of marketing and promotions. Experience/knowledge regarding lawn care services (Highly desired).
