About the Role:

• As a Physical Therapist, you will provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients with various medical conditions, injuries, and disabilities.

• You will design and implement individualized treatment plans to improve movement, function, and overall well-being.

• You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial and ongoing evaluations to assess patients' physical function and identify treatment goals.

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, including exercises, modalities, and other interventions.

• Provide treatment sessions, including hands-on therapy and education for patients and their families.

• Progress patients' therapy programs, modifying treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement discharge plans.

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Massachusetts.

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field.

• Experience working with diverse patient populations, including older adults, pediatric patients, and individuals with chronic conditions.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
