The Senior Tester will be responsible for overseeing test planning, android, and software testing activities. This role will involve creating test strategies, executing test cases, and ensuring the quality of software products meets the defined standards.

Job Duties

• Responsible for the execution of predefined test procedures in Telecom Service providers live networks environments.
• Performing system stability and functionality, automatic and stress testing on various devices like smartphones and smart watches.
• Utilize diagnostic tools to capture log files
• Reproduce/troubleshoot field issues.
• Must be able to follow complex test procedures in various formats.
• Document test results with accuracy and quality, to be ready for submission.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in cellphone or smartwatch testing in live networks in the field Verizon experience (Field Testing experience)
• Able to support domestic travel.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Fundamental knowledge of smart phone software, Radio technology like BT, Wifi, GSM, LTE and 5G
• Proficient in computer applications including spreadsheets, and Words processing.
• Willing to work during weekends and holidays if needed

Skill Requirements

• Proficiency in software testing methodologies and processes
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
