About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Strategic Initiatives to join the Office of the Chief of Staff to the CTO. This pivotal role is focused on providing strategic support for the implementation of key priorities and programs, as well as organizing strategic initiatives and business transformation projects. The successful candidate will be a thought partner, navigating the tech and D&A organization, and will be responsible for ensuring alignment across departments. Key responsibilities include supporting the Chief of Staff in the planning, execution, and tracking of strategic initiatives, acting as a PMO when necessary, and developing strategic materials for the CTO and Tech, D&A LT. The role demands a high level of influence, the ability to connect the dots across the organization, and a commitment to the highest levels of integrity and confidentiality. Applicants for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred) and at least 10 years of cumulative work experience, with a strong preference for those with a background in strategic management consulting. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional communicator, a strategic thinker, and possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. They must be a mature professional with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, and the ability to work across complex and confidential agendas. Organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a highly collaborative leadership style are essential. The role requires a results-oriented individual with a strong EQ who can build bridges and align across a matrixed organization, driving results through influence.
