Clinical Trial Liaison

Clinical Trial Liaison supporting neurology trials at ICON Strategic Solutions. Manages investigator relationships, oversees site-level enrollment strategy, and ensures protocol compliance. Works in sponsor-dedicated model combining clinical operations, investigator engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage full investigator lifecycle from identification through qualification, enrollment support, and study closeout
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with investigators to ensure protocol understanding and patient eligibility compliance
• Design site-level enrollment strategies and co-create recruitment approaches with sites to accelerate patient recruitment
• Monitor site performance metrics, anticipate issues, and intervene to maintain enrollment momentum and data quality
• Serve as liaison between field teams, vendors, and investigators to resolve operational barriers and ensure alignment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; scientific, clinical, or health-related field preferred
• Minimum 5 years clinical research or pharmaceutical industry experience
• Direct experience interacting with healthcare providers and clinical sites
• Willingness to travel 60-80% during peak periods
• Neurodegenerative disease or Alzheimer's experience ideal
