We are looking for professionals who:

• Show up on time, every shift
• Do not use drugs
• Follow directions and company policy
• Stay alert and work while on post (no phone sitting)
• Be proactive while on shift
• Act professional at all times
• Highly Motivated
• Drug Free (Including Cannabis/THC Products)

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years security, law enforcement, or military experience
• Active Nevada PILB Guard Card (Required)
• Willing to apply for the CCB Card (Required for Cannabis Division)
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
• Integrity, respect for others, and personal accountability
• Willing to give a hard day’s work for a hard day’s pay
• Drug Free (Including Cannabis/THC Products)

Duties

• Maintain a visible security presence
• Use de-escalation and conflict resolution skills
• Patrol and monitor assigned locations
• Handle incidents and report accurately
• Control access and enforce site rules
• Provide excellent customer service
