Competitive Pay Range Direct Support Professional Location: State College, PA Shift: Part-time - Full-time - Weekdays Job Duties Assist individuals with personal care services (bathing, grooming, dressing) Companionship Appropriate communication/social skills Light housekeeping and chores Ensuring a safe environment and teaching basic safety skills Meeting individual goals and outcomes Promoting community involvement (outings, activities, errands, etc.) Position Requirements High School Diploma or GED Prior experience as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) MUST HAVE ACTIVE/CURRENT DRIVER'S LICENSE Mobile Device & EVV Requirements This position is in compliance with the 21st Century Cures Act, which mandates Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) for home care / home health services. As part of this, you will be required to use a mobile device to log visits and track service hours.
