Senior Product Designer

We empower healthcare professionals and patients with the tools and information needed to effectively recognize cancer symptoms, ensuring timely treatment and improved outcomes. As we expand our impact, we are looking for a passionate UX/UI Designer to join our talented team. We're looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our growing Product team at the intersection of clinical practice and digital health innovation. Reporting to the Director of Product, you will be embedded in our product squads helping translate complex healthcare workflows and AI-driven clinical tools into experiences that are intuitive, safe, and genuinely useful for both clinicians and patients. This is a hands-on role with real craft expectations. You'll design across our NHS-facing B2B platform and contribute to our growing direct-to-patient surface, working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Clinicians, and Customer Success. You will be a key voice for the user in every product decision. Product Design & Craft Own end-to-end design across key product areas — from early-stage wireframes and flows to polished, production-ready UI Design experiences that reduce friction and build trust, particularly for users navigating sensitive clinical information or receiving risk assessments Translate complex clinical logic, AI outputs, and data-heavy workflows into clear, accessible, human-centred interfaces Contribute to and help evolve our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across web and mobile surfaces Discovery & Research Lead or support lightweight user research — interviews, usability testing, and workflow observation — with NHS clinicians and patients Synthesise insights from customer support, customer success, and clinical feedback to continuously improve the experience Identify friction points and unmet needs across our user journeys and present findings clearly to the wider product team Cross-functional Collaboration Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Commercial teams and Clinical Advisors to ship well-considered, high-quality product experiences Work closely with Customer Success and Support to ensure product decisions reflect real-world clinical implementation needs Communicate design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders — articulating the 'why' behind every choice Collaborate with Marketing on go-to-market assets and patient-facing content where design quality matters C the Signs
