Finance Operations Manager

To lead the financial operations of the Benefits Administration Technology Center of Excellence, the full-time remote Finance Operations Manager will manage client billing, accounts receivable, cash management, and financial reporting while overseeing a small team and ensuring operational discipline across all financial workflows. Key responsibilities Oversee client billing and invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Own the monthly close process and maintain the integrity of the general ledger Manage accounts payable processes and monitor cash movement and account balances Required qualifications 5+ years of hands-on accounting or financial operations experience Experience managing a complex, recurring client-invoicing process Advanced Excel proficiency, including data analysis and reconciliations Experience with ACH processing and multi-account bank reconciliations Strong process-management skills and ability to analyze large volumes of financial data
