Position Overview

We are seeking a Customer Solutions Specialist to join a customer service call center team in Fort Worth, TX. This position will provide additional support during the busy tax season and will primarily focus on assisting customers through inbound phone calls.

The ideal candidate has previous call center and customer service experience , is comfortable navigating multiple computer systems, and can provide professional and efficient service in a high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle approximately 75100 inbound customer calls per day
• Answer general customer questions and provide accurate information
• Assist customers with website navigation
• Help customers locate statements, documents, and account information
• Assist with adding or updating account permissions
• Navigate multiple systems while speaking with customers
• Accurately document customer interactions and complete data entry
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach throughout each interaction
• Follow established procedures when handling customer and account information
• Support increased call volume associated with tax season

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Previous call center experience
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound calls
• Strong computer and data-entry skills
• Experience with Microsoft applications
• Ability to learn and navigate multiple systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience within financial services
• Experience assisting customers with account information, statements, or other financial-related inquiries
• Experience working in a high-volume or seasonal call center environment

Schedule & Work Environment

This is a hybrid position based in Fort Worth.

Hybrid Schedule:

• Monday: Work from home
• TuesdayThursday: In office
• Friday: Work from home

Candidates should have flexibility to work scheduled shifts that may include:

• 7:00 AM4:00 PM
• 8:00 AM5:00 PM
• 9:00 AM6:00 PM

Training

The first 2 weeks of training are fully in person and will be held from 8:00 AM5:00 PM .

After successfully completing training, employees will transition to the regular hybrid schedule.

Interview Process

• One interview round
• Approximately 30-minute virtual Microsoft Teams interview
• Interview with two supervisors
• Target interview date: October 6, 2026
• Target start date: November 2, 2026

Compensation

$18$21/hour , based on experience.

This is a Contract position based out of Fort Worth, TX.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
