Customer Solutions Representative | Spanish Bilingual Preferred Location: Hurst, TX 76053 — Onsite Pay: $21.00/hour Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Help people take the next step in their careers. MMC Group is seeking Customer Solutions Representatives to support job seekers at a workforce career center in Hurst. In this role, you’ll build relationships, understand customers’ employment goals, and connect them with job opportunities, education, and community resources. If you enjoy helping others, solving problems, and providing thoughtful customer service, this opportunity could be a strong fit. What You’ll Do Assist customers in person, by phone, and through virtual platforms. Assess employment goals and connect job seekers with appropriate opportunities. Help customers with resumes, applications, interview preparation, and professional presentation. Explain available employment services, educational opportunities, and community resources. Follow up with customers and contribute to the career center’s service and performance goals. Collaborate with coworkers and community partners to support customer needs. What You’ll Bring High school diploma or GED required. Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills. Empathy, patience, and the ability to work with customers from diverse backgrounds. Confidence using computers, word processing, and spreadsheets. Ability to learn multiple systems and manage competing priorities. Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and a good driving record. Six months of relevant experience preferred. Workforce development, employment services, or career counseling knowledge is helpful. English/Spanish bilingual skills strongly preferred, but not required. This is an onsite office position.
