START Center for Cancer Research (START) es la mayor red mundial de centros de fase I, dedicada por completo a la investigacin clnica oncolgica. A lo largo de nuestra historia, START ha proporcionado esperanza a pacientes con cncer en consultas de comunidades globales, ofrecindoles acceso a ensayos de vanguardia en Estados Unidos y Europa. En la actualidad, con ms de 1.300 estudios realizados y con centros de investigacin en Estados Unidos y en Espaa, Portugal e Irlanda, la misin de START es acelerar el desarrollo de nuevos medicamentos contra el cncer que mejoren la calidad de vida y la supervivencia de los pacientes con cncer y conduzcan a su eventual curacin. Hasta la fecha, ms de 43 terapias realizadas en centros START han obtenido la aprobacin de la FDA/EMA
Vacante Disponible: Scheduler | Administrativo/a de Atencin al Paciente
Responsabilidades:
- Atencin y recepcin de pacientes, participantes de estudios y visitantes en el mostrador.
- Programacin, confirmacin y coordinacin de visitas conforme a los protocolos de los estudios y la disponibilidad del centro.
- Gestin y actualizacin de agendas y sistemas de citacin.
- Atencin de llamadas telefnicas, correos electrnicos y consultas presenciales de manera profesional y emptica.
- Coordinacin con el personal clnico (enfermera, investigadores, study coordinators) para asegurar la correcta preparacin de las visitas.
- Preparacin y organizacin de documentacin relacionada con las visitas y la actividad del centro.
- Garantizar la confidencialidad de la informacin del paciente y el cumplimiento de la normativa de proteccin de datos (GDPR).
- Apoyo en tareas administrativas generales y de recepcin.
- Mantenimiento de un rea de recepcin ordenada y profesional.
Requisitos:
- Muy buenas habilidades organizativas y de gestin del tiempo.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicacin verbal y escrita.
- Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinmico y manejar varias tareas simultneamente.
- Buen manejo de herramientas informticas (Microsoft Office; experiencia con sistemas de citacin es un plus).
- Alto nivel de profesionalidad, discrecin y orientacin al detalle.
