We are seeking a detail oriented and experienced Estimator to join our growing team in Raleigh. This role is critical in driving the success of our commercial construction projects through accurate cost analysis, competitive bidding, and effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. If you have a strong background in commercial construction estimating and enjoy working in a fast paced, team driven environment, we want to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed cost estimates for ground up and renovation commercial projectsAnalyze drawings, specifications, and project documents to develop accurate takeoffsSolicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bidsDevelop and maintain project budgets and pricing modelsIdentify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering optionsCollaborate with project managers, owners, architects, and subcontractorsParticipate in bid reviews and presentation of estimates to leadershipTrack and analyze historical project data to improve estimating accuracyQualifications3+ years of estimating experience in commercial constructionProven experience with projects such as office, retail, healthcare, or multifamilyStrong understanding of construction methods, materials, and pricingProficiency with estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift, Procore, or similar)Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specificationsExcellent analytical, organizational, and communication skillsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferredBenefitsBase ($110,000-$140,000) + Bonus401k matchFull Medical, Dental and VisionGenerous PTO
