This travel role in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU) offers a dynamic work environment where you'll utilize your advanced skills in critical care. The assignment spans 13 weeks, requiring adaptability and dedication in an acute care hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit - Travel

• Provide comprehensive patient care in a 16-bed SICU
• Monitor and manage ventilators, NXStage, and other ICU equipment
• Perform procedures including central line placements, thoracentesis, dialysis catheter placements, cardioversions, and intubations
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient care using Meditech systems

Requirements of the RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit - Travel

• 2+ years of ICU experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Active RN TX license (temporary licenses not accepted)
• Preferred CCRN certification and Meditech experience
