Position Overview

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and skilled Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist to join our growing team dedicated to delivering exceptional imaging services. Description of Responsibilities

• Conduct a range of ultrasound examinations, including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety throughout procedures, providing clear and compassionate explanations
• Work in tandem with radiologists and referring physicians to produce high-quality diagnostic images
• Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, addressing any malfunctions immediately
• Ensure accurate documentation of procedures and maintain patient records within the electronic medical records system
• Stay abreast of advancements in ultrasound imaging technologies and best practices

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related discipline
• Graduation from a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is preferred

Certifications Required

• Current certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or similar
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred
