Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Seattle area Job Details We’re hiring a BCBA to join our clinical team in the Seattle area. In this role, you will design and oversee individualized ABA programs for children with autism, conduct a range of standardized assessments, and collaborate with families and support staff to drive meaningful progress. Responsibilities Design and implement individualized ABA programs for children with autism. Conduct standardized assessments including VB‑MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and Functional Behavioral Assessment (FBA). Apply evidence‑based techniques such as Discrete Trial Training (DTT), Naturalistic Teaching/NET, and Verbal Behavior (VB) methodologies. Collaborate with families and support staff to monitor progress and adjust interventions. Requirements Active BCBA certification. Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, behavior science, or a related discipline. At least one year of experience designing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism. Hands‑on experience with assessments such as VB‑MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA. Solid working knowledge of DTT, NATS/NET, and verbal behavior (VB) methodologies.
