Position: Salaried School-Based BCBA Case Manager Location: Seattle and Greater Seattle, WA Area Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, School hours Start Date: We are looking to hire for the fall 2026/27 school year. Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavior analytic consultation, case management, and clinical supervision in public school settings. This role is intended for a BCBA who is passionate about inclusive practices, trauma-informed care, and team-based collaboration in support of students with significant social‑emotional and behavioral needs. This role includes hands‑on case management support, including supervision of behavior technicians (CBTs/RBTs), functional behavior assessments, active participation in multidisciplinary teams, and may include consultation across multiple school sites. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans and skill acquisition programs Conduct and interpret functional behavior assessments (FBAs) Provide clinical supervision, mentoring, and support to behavior technicians (CBTs/RBTs) Lead team meetings and collaborate on IEP development and data‑informed progress reporting Create quarterly progress reports with clear mastery and fade criteria Coach school staff in implementing trauma‑informed, person‑centered supports Model ethical, neurodiversity‑affirming behavior analytic practices Maintain clear and timely documentation Familiarity with Google Suite preferred Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams Analyze data to inform ongoing decision‑making and adjust interventions as needed Support students with complex behavior needs, including elopement, aggression, and property destruction Minimum Qualifications Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis or related field (required) Active BCBA certification in good standing (required) 3+ years of experience working as a BCBA preferred. Experience working in Public School (preferred) Experience in general education and special education settings Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills Trauma‑informed, person‑first orientation with a commitment to equity and neurodiversity‑affirming practices Familiarity with crisis management frameworks (e.g., CPI, Safety‑Care, Right Response) CPI preferred Benefits & Compensation Competitive salary: $90,000 - $110,000/year (based on experience and qualifications) Health, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage 401(k) program with employer matching contributions up to 10% Paid time off -- very generous PTO including most of summer break, holidays off, most of school closure time off, etc. Manageable caseload (6 clients max) with compact geographic assignments Mileage reimbursement for drives between work sites Weekly clinical collaboration and supervision opportunities. #J-18808-Ljbffr Washingtonaba
