Travel Physical Therapist - $2,263 per week

Overview Travel Physical Therapist needed for a 13‑week assignment in Franklin, North Carolina, starting July 6, 2026, with a 40‑hour work week (10‑hour days). Assignment is with a top healthcare client. Responsibilities Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation services, including medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation. Establish and administer treatment programs with specific goals determined by patient capacity and tolerance under physician direction. Set realistic and achievable goals for patients, document and record conditions, and educate patients and families about appropriate physical therapy methods. Develop a plan of care for each patient. Provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions per physician orders. Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate, and modify care to meet goals of interventions. Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient. Qualifications Doctorate in Physical Therapy OR Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy with NPTE pass. Graduated from an accredited program. Minimum one year of experience. Current license as a Registered Physical Therapist in the state, or actively applying. Current CPR certification.
