Bilingual Office Assistant

We’re hiring a Bilingual Office Assistant who is fluent in English and conversational in Spanish, Portuguese, or Creole to help connect families with critical childcare and social service support. Why You’ll Love This Bilingual Office Assistant Job: Competitive pay at $22 per hour Remote training schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM Work from home with a flexible hybrid setup Help families access essential childcare subsidies and support Be part of a caring, purpose-driven environment Requirements: Fluent in English and fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, or Creole At least 1 year of experience in a call center or health and human services What You’ll Do: Help determine eligibility for childcare subsidies and add families to the statewide waitlist Provide accurate information about local child care programs and community resources Use multiple online platforms, including the iCarol database, to manage case information Identify family needs and offer helpful, relevant referrals to social service agencies Learn and apply policies from the Department of Early Education & Care (EEC) Work towards AIRS certification to grow professionally in this field #J-18808-Ljbffr ProPivotal
