Retail Experience Lead: Sales Growth & Coaching

Coral Ridge Mall

Coral Ridge Mall is seeking a Customer Experience Lead responsible for driving and growing top-line sales while leading and directing associates on the sales floor. You will support operational excellence through maintaining visual standards, payroll management, and ensuring merchandise availability. This role includes acting as a front-line supervisor, assigning work and providing direction to non-supervisory associates.
