This is a key clinical leadership role for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.### **About the Role**In this position, you will use your clinical expertise and critical thinking skills to coordinate care, manage MDS assessments, and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting optimal outcomes for our residents.
