Senior Project Manager - Robotics R&D (Remote)

Stryker seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional product development initiatives within its Digital Robotics and Enabling Technologies division. The role involves managing complex medical device projects from conception through market release while coordinating R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and other stakeholders in a remote capacity.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams through product development lifecycle with focus on alignment and execution
• Develop and maintain project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, milestones, and deliverables
• Identify dependencies, remove barriers, and maintain momentum across R&D, Quality, and Regulatory partners
• Proactively identify and manage project risks with mitigation strategies to protect program objectives
• Provide clear, timely communication on project progress, risks, decisions, and priorities to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or related technical field
• Minimum 6 years of project or program management leadership experience
• Experience in medical device industry or similarly regulated product development environment
• Proven ability to influence and drive accountability across teams without direct authority
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and leadership audiences
• Demonstrated experience managing scope, schedule, resources, budget, and risk

Compensation: $102,600-$179,600 USD Annual (based on applicable pay band)
