You’ll have an established book of business to build from, expand existing accounts, and to create new revenue throughout Northern California. Hybrid flexibility: Work from home or from the local branch when you’re not in the field. This is an outside sales role, and a significant portion of your time will be spent in the territory meeting customers, visiting jobsites, and developing the Northern California territory. $70K–$80K Base + Commission | $130K–$140K Year 1 Target What You’ll Be Doing: Develop new business through prospecting, referrals, networking, jobsite visits, and direct outreach. Grow an established customer base while actively opening new accounts. Build relationships with contractors, industrial customers, municipalities, and other project-driven organizations. Meet with project managers, estimators, superintendents, operations leaders, and other decision-makers. Understand customer needs and recommend the right equipment and services for the application. Sell a range of equipment and services supporting pumping, water management, containment, filtration, and related applications. Visit active jobsites and work directly with customers in the field. Prepare proposals and coordinate with internal technical and operational teams. Identify opportunities to expand smaller transactions into larger projects and recurring business. Manage your territory, pipeline, customer activity, and sales goals through CRM. This Is a Growth Sales Role: As you understand the project and build the relationship, there is an opportunity to expand into multiple products, larger projects, and more complex applications. You’ll have the opportunity to develop the territory, expand customer relationships, and help establish the foundation for continued growth in the market. What We’re Looking For: Experienced outside salesperson: 2 years of B2B field sales experience and a track record of developing business and growing a territory. Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but relevant sales experience and a proven record of success are the most important factors. Relevant backgrounds may include technical or industrial sales, equipment rental, construction-related sales, water management, fluid-handling products, or other field-based B2B sales. Mechanical aptitude, sales ability, and experience working with customers in the field. $70,000–$80,000 base salary, depending on experience Year 1 earning potential: $130,000–$140,000 Company vehicle or vehicle allowance/stipend Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, paid holidays, and additional supplemental benefits.
