Hospice RN Liaison - Admissions, Outreach & Family Care
Gentiva
Gentiva is seeking an experienced Hospice Clinical Liaison in Cincinnati, OH to manage intake, referrals, and admissions with compassion. You will educate families about hospice care, coordinate with hospitals and care teams, and cultivate referral partnerships. Minimum three years hospice experience and an active RN license are required; BSN preferred. This role offers full-time hours and a comprehensive benefits package. #J-18808-Ljbffr Gentiva
