Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personalized in-home care.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing dressing grooming and personal hygiene.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with mobility and transfers according to individual care plans.
• Monitor and report changes in clients conditions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Communicate effectively in Spanish with clients to understand their needs preferences and daily care instructions.

Requirements

• Spanish-language proficiency required.
• Valid Washington State HCA or CNA credential.
• CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain certification.
• Valid drivers license current auto insurance and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass applicable background checks.
• Comfortable working in homes with pets.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous in-home caregiving experience.
• Experience with dementia hospice or mobility support.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
