As a Security Officer Front Desk Welcome Services in Brisbane, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Front Desk Security Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will welcome visitors, manage access, monitor activity, and provide exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology-focused office location by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Greet and screen visitors, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate access and visitor records.
• Monitor the front desk area, access control systems, and security-related communications; report unusual activity, access concerns, and facility issues according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and emergency responders as appropriate.
• Support a professional lobby environment by answering inquiries, directing visitors, receiving deliveries, and communicating clearly with employees and guests.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
