Our client, a class action law firm, is looking for an Intake Coordinator for their Chicago Office. This role will play an integral part in qualifying clients and finding eligible candidates.

- Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls
- Set appointments for potential clients
- Maintain current client files through database system
- Perform miscellaneous clerical tasks as needed
About You:- Bilingual (English and Spanish) required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Solid data entry and communication skills
