In-Office IT Support Technician - Windows & Office 365

Cumming Group

Cumming Group in Miami, FL is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide first-line internal IT support for workstation hardware, OS, software, network issues in a 100% in-office role supporting 30+ US offices. You will handle tickets, remotely assist users, use AD and Azure AD, and collaborate with IT staff on projects while maintaining confidentiality and delivering strong customer service. In this role you will learn and support new systems, follow documented processes, and contribute to IT #J-18808-Ljbffr Cumming Group
