Hardware Support Technician

Carlton Fields is seeking a Hardware Support Technician for its Miami office. Responsibilities: Install and configure computer & phone equipment, including site preparation Manage video conferencing Perform diagnostics, repairs, upgrades and ongoing support for hardware Perform diagnostics, repair and ongoing support for software in a Windows 11 environment Assist in managing administrative tasks such as physical inventory of hardware and software license compliance Qualifications: A minimum of 1-2 years hardware field service experience, technical phone support or equivalent Thorough knowledge of hardware products and software capabilities Excellent communication and customer service skills Must be self-motivated and self-directed Must be willing to answer calls after normal working hours as part of an on-call rotation Actual salaries will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience and skillset.
