Overview The Treasury Management Service Specialist II – Commercial Real Estate (CRE) supports clients in the Commercial Real Estate and CIC business segments by delivering high‑touch treasury management onboarding, implementation, and advanced service support. The role focuses on real estate owners, operators, developers, investors, and related entities that require sophisticated operating account structures, cash flow management, and payment solutions. Key Responsibilities Oversee end‑to‑end onboarding, implementation, and product maintenance for CRE and CIC clients with complex operating and transactional needs, including entitlement structures, user roles, dual controls, ACH and wire limits, and approval workflows. Review and validate treasury management agreements, onboarding forms, and regulatory requirements to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Coordinate implementation activities such as ACH files (CSV and NACHA formats), Positive Pay, BAI reporting, standing transfer orders, and transmissions, and manage testing and cutover for ACH, wires, Remote Deposit Capture, and reporting services. Provide advanced product and service support, acting as a subject matter expert for treasury products and workflows that support enterprise‑level and specialty business models, and resolve complex onboarding or servicing issues. Manage risk and compliance by enforcing controls around entitlements, segregation of duties, dual approvals, fraud‑prevention tools, and documentation standards, ensuring implementations and service activities are audit‑ready. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance onboarding workflows, efficiency, and client experience, and support the sequencing of additional treasury services as clients grow. Mentor and lead less experienced Treasury Management Service Specialists, sharing product knowledge and best practices to foster a high‑performance team environment. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of experience in treasury management, banking operations, or a related role supporting Commercial Banking, CRE, or CIC clients. Experience with core treasury products and services, including payments, receivables, electronic banking, and depository solutions. Experience leading implementations, resolving escalations, and working directly with clients and senior internal partners. Project management, analytical, and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Working knowledge of applicable banking laws and regulations. Preferred Qualifications Strong analytical, problem‑solving, organizational, and change‑management skills to manage multiple complex onboarding projects and extended timelines. Excellent client service attitude and communication skills, including oral presentation and conflict resolution. Experience with real estate operating account structures, cash flow management, and transaction‑heavy payment environments. Familiarity with NACHA rules, entitlement best practices, fraud‑prevention frameworks, advanced treasury services (e.g., lockbox, integrated payables), and treasury platform functionalities (ACH, wires, Positive Pay, remote deposit, BAI reporting, online banking portals). Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions, influence relationships, and contribute to process improvement initiatives in a fast‑growing specialty business.
