Our client is seeking an experienced Compensation Manager to join their growing organization and support compensation programs across a complex, multi-state workforce. This role will have a strong focus on compensation analysis, reporting, and supporting both union and non-union employee populations. Primary Responsibilities: Manage and support compensation programs across multiple states Provide compensation analysis, reporting, and recommendations to leadership Support compensation programs for union and non-union employee populations Analyze market data and internal compensation trends Partner with HR and business leaders on compensation-related initiatives Qualifications: Compensation experience within a union environment required Experience supporting a multi-state workforce Strong compensation reporting and analytical skills Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities Strong communication skills with the ability to partner across the organization #J-18808-Ljbffr
