Tax Manager who is passionate about teamwork, client service, and personal growth. This is a Partner track position with significant opportunity for growth and advancement. The desired candidate will be responsible for the delivery of a full range of accounting and tax services for multiple clients across a variety of industries.
The Manager will be heavily involved in new and existing client business development, should possess strong business acumen, and have the desire and drive to help grow the firm.

RESPONSIBILITIES
 Manage and review complex federal and state tax returns (individual, partnership, corporate, trust)
 Provide strategic tax planning and consulting advice
 Lead client engagements
 Respond to IRS and state tax notices; resolve technical tax issues
 Mentor and develop associates and interns
 Identify new service opportunities and support firm growth through business development
 Stay current on tax law changes and apply new knowledge to client work
 Collaborate with firm leadership
 Delegate work effectively based on risk,

QUALIFICATIONS:

 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
 CPA certification required
 5+ years’ experience in preparation of tax
returns preferred
 Working knowledge of CCH Axcess, Microsoft Office suite
products and QuickBooks
 Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
 Previous consulting experience within a
leadership role preferred
 Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced
environment while providing
necessary guidance to more entry-level
team members
 Demonstrated ability to lead a team of
entry-level Associates and participate in
their professional development
