This is a highly visible role responsible for defining product strategy, shaping the long-term roadmap, and driving growth across a portfolio of operational and customer-facing equipment solutions used within large-scale retail and distribution environments. This is not a traditional "maintenance" Product Management role focused solely on supporting existing products. The organization is seeking someone who can identify market opportunities, translate customer needs into product direction, and help drive the next phase of growth for an expanding business segment. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical understanding, commercial acumen, market awareness, and strategic thinking.Position OverviewThe Product Manager will serve as the strategic owner of a growing product portfolio, responsible for driving product direction, roadmap development, market positioning, and long-term growth initiatives. This individual will work cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and executive leadership to develop and execute product strategies that improve market share, revenue growth, profitability, and customer value.
